We are extremely fortunate to have as our Executive Chef, the talented Mark Wagner. Mark is a graduate of the famous Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. He's been a professional Chef for over 30 years and has spent most of his time specializing as a Banquet Chef.
When it comes to banquet food, we believe that nobody does it better.
